Maximo Remove blank from combobox

 Blank is added because user can't able to remove value from picked list. If the value is not blank or cannot be set to blank then set allowblank="false" in xml and set default value in attribute in db config.

 BMXAA4211E - Database error number 1 has occurred when operating on WFINSTANCE This solution you can use for any table generic solution in oracle db only  this is duplicate id issue..
