  • Time is finite if you are getting so many request say no.. choose what to say yes too.. take your time in saying what to say yes too.
  • Don't rely on your memory to remember things write it down in your system/ copy alarm.. task manager whatever...example your mother your wife your father has said 1 -2 things daily which u need to do on weekend like visit doctor , vaccine, furniture.. when weekend came u can forget it so put a system to give priority...
  • Distraction and Lack of Focus takes 30 minutes every day of a average person so yearly it takes 18 days and 15 years it almost 1 year is gone due to these distractions so identify your distractions and remove them one by one.. and practice this thing more and more...
  • Spend more time in planning your work.. Plan your fight inorder to win it strategy is important.. plan your day... plan your week... plan your month ..plan your year and practice.. to achieve your goal
  • Now what will happen is we are working on something or lets say we are writing some code.. and suddenly we think tomorrow we have to go waterpark.. and we get distracted thinking about waterpark or Bangkok trip etc...Why ? or if not that you think what vegetables to bring in evening after office.. u get distracted.. so note down those things as said in point 2 that way they can't distract you..
  • Read holy books like Bible, Quran, Geeta etc.. that will help you get focused
  • Exercise to keep your body healthy, health issues consume too much time.. .
  • Be unavailable for certain time.. to focus..
  • Don't fall in multitasking Myths.....Switching takes time..
  • Priorities your time.
  • Stop saying you don't have time be overwhelm.
  • Do self care bcoz self care is caring other inturn help you manage your time how can a person in bad mood manage thj gs correctly!!!!Do what u like for some time...
  • Segregate tasks which need to be solo tasks and multitasking ones...
  • Build a risk appetite and learn financial education.. why reason is countries which are poor are poor bcoz people present their don't have risk appetite and are not financially educated so they rotate much their money so they don't grow and inturn their country don't grow...but if you build this at early stage it will save tons of your and others time...
  • Believe in liberalism bcoz if think oh...someone is bad because he took that decision or he applied that clause on you or else and keep thinking about that you won't grow .. and waste your time...

Integration Control

Integration control used in making conditions for processing  provides a way to match xml field or object field with particular value. We have 4 types of integration control 1. Value 2.List 3. XRef 4.Boolean Value control is used to compare with single value. List control is used to compare with list of values which may come from domains. Boolean control is true or false value used to compare yorn field I personally never used it. XRef control i.e cross reference control is used to to swap values foe example we have different orgid in other system than we can define cross reference control inorder to translate. We create cross reference control and associate it with enterprise service or publish channel. We can also override these values at external system level.
